  WilderFutures Young Readers

What is it?

Our Young Readers Grant aims to increase access to valuable tools and resources that will help shape the minds of future generations to come. Each year, WilderFutures selects up to 30 groups in need to receive our current collection of books to keep, free of charge. Each topic will be accompanied by a public live reading of 2-3 book selections by WilderFutures and select co-hosts.

Who is it for?

The Young Readers grant is open to organizations who care for children aged 6 months to 12 years, including childcare centres, classrooms, and non-profit organizations. Grant recipients will be required to demonstrate financial need and commit to reporting back on how these resources have been implemented into their program/curriculum. Our Young Readers Live Reading events are open to the public and recommended for families with children aged 6 months to 12 years.
